Today I’m going to keep this post simple and to the point.  If you want to start right away these are some things you can try.

  • Starting drinking more fluids then you are used to.  Drink alot of water.  Get used to drinking eight or more glasses a day.
  • Start taking vitamin C suppliments.  This doesn’t necessaraly mean that you should be taking pills, you can also start adding lemon or lime to your water or start eating dark green leafy vegetables.  Whatever you do, add more of this magical Vitamin C to your diet.
  • Drink unsweetened cranberry juice.  Start eating the raw berries as well.  If you have a juicer or Vitamix blending use that too.
  • Start eating yogurt to assist your body producing healthy bacteria.
  • Eat raw parsley.  Eat it alone as well as with other foods.  Sure it sounds silly, but this one herb seems to act like cryptonite to a UTI.

Want more?  Be sure to check out the Urinary Track Infection Remedies in this report.

Hi, my name is Tina.  I won’t tell you my age, but I will say I’m a bit older.  I am what you would call, African American.  I have no kids, and I never went to college but I do quite well as I earn a good living.

The reason I tell you all this is to make a simple point.  I’m no one special.  The only reason I’m releasing these urinary track infection remedies is because some people who suffer from bladder infections are demanding that I reveal my remedy.

I’m just a regular person, and writing a report about urinary track infection remedies and being in the ’spot light’ like this is a little intimidating for me.  It is only through my own frustration and troubles have I fell-into being an expert on this subject.

Now I have my flaws like every one else.  There are tons of things out there that I know absolutely nothing about.  But I can proudly say that I am well versed in this subject of urinary track infection remedies.  And that I have created this website as a favor to some people who are near and dear to me.  So enjoy this website.  Use the information you learn in here with my blessing, and it is my hope that this is the last website you have to read in order to find your own bladder or urinary track infection remedies.

Hi, Tina here.  If you have ever had to deal with the pain and discomfort of a urinary track infection.  I completely understand how you feel.  The truth is that I was once in your shoes.

I was getting a UTI every few months, and each time seemed to be worse then the previous one.  It seemed like almost once a month I would wake up to the tingling, burning sensation that precedes an urinary tract infection.  I have always been a career woman and I was missing work constantly, and the pain was so bad I spent hours on the toilet.   The worst part of all, is that I was spending large amounts of my hard earned money on antibiotics and trips to the doctor.  I had taken these antibiotics so many times in fact, that even started to develop a resistance.  At this point I was getting so worried that I was going to spend the rest of my life suffering from urinary track infections

It wasn’t until the point that I started searching the Internet that I finally made my discovery.  What I found were an number of urinary track infection remedies that were all natural and didn’t have any harmful side effects.

Without a doubt this discovery changed my life forever.  From that point on I realized that for myself and anyone I knew, there would be no need to every suffer endlessly from yet another urinary track infection.    Now I feel its my privilege to be able to share it with you.  I think everyone should know about these remedies and I have decided to let the cat out of the bag.

No longer is is necessary to mess with antibiotics when is all you need.

Tina

PS. If you haven’t started already, get yourself some cranberry juice and start drinking as much as you can.  It will help, I promise.

It’s highly likely that urinary track infections are up there with the most painful alements that a person can contract.  Despite this it is a very common illness especially in females.  In fact studies now show that more then 50% of all women will experience a urinary track infaction at some time or another.  Whats worse is that more of the people who suffer from UTI and bladder infections will experience it more then once in their lives.  The article will address why simply consuming a high amount of water and fluids can be an excellent preventative measure.

Urinary track infections are known to be heriditary.  If there is a history of UTI in your family it would be advised to take as many preventative steps as possible to avoid an infection.  If you experience them, there is a high probability that your parents and grandparents endured them as well.  This seems to even hold true across genders, and males who’s mothers experienced UTI’s may have a higher change compared to other men.

The number one preventative measure is to drinks a large amount of fluids, and especially water.  This will cause you to urinate frequently, and each time you do, all the bacteria that floats i the bladder and urethra is flushed out.  This in turn, assists you immune system to manage and cope with these bacteria to a point where they become harmless.  If you don’t drink enough water throughout the day, the UTI bacteria has more opportunity to live and grow inside yourself.

It should be pointed out that drinking sufficent fluids is not a 100% guarantee that you will never contract a urinary track infection.  It turns out that there is no surefire way to prevent them all of the time.  Catching a urinary track infection depends on quite a number of factors.  This can include how strong or weak your immune system is, and if you have recently experienced other illness.  It is even possible for a particular diet to upset the urethra and urinary track.  Althought at the end of the day, some people are just more prone to a UTI then others and its not known exactly why that is.

But after saying all of that, anything that actually assists with the prevention of a urinary track infection should be considered.  If for no other reason then the fact that they are quite painful and sometimes serious.  Being sure to drink plenty of fluids will be the job of reducing the bacteria and slowing down its growth.  If the UTI bacteria gets the opportunity to travel into the bladder, then it will grow and multiplay at a dangeriously accelerated speed.  If it gets to this point then the body can become overwhealmed and treatment will most likely be required.

Urinary track infections can be extremely painful, and you may be desperate to try anything if it means that the pain will go away. This article will explain the advantages and disadvantages of using UTI pain killers.

First, if you suspect that you have a urinary track infection, you should see a doctor right away. Unlike the common cold, a UTI will not go away by itself, and can only get worse as time goes on. Also, if left untreated, the bacteria can reach your ureters and kidneys. You do not want the infection to get that far, because it can cause permanent damage to your kidneys and even be fatal at that point.

Of course, problems always seem to strike on the weekends or over the holidays. If you cannot get to a doctor right away, then one way you can temporarily stop the pain is by taking special pain killers designed for urinary track infections. They are available over the counter in pharmacies as well as many grocery stores. You will find that there are many different brands available, but they all contain similar ingredients. The most popular brands are Uristat and AZO.

However, be aware that there are many side effects for these medicines, some of which can be as bad as a UTI itself! For example, when I first tried Uristat out of pure desperation, I lied on my bed feeling so nauseated that if I moved, I probably had to vomit. But it did take away the UTI pain, and most people do not experience these side effects, so it’s definitely worth a try if your pain is unbearable.

Please do not use normal "all-in-one" pain killers such as Advil or Tylenol. They might advertise to work on everything, but they don’t work on urinary track infection pain at all. I know and have tried them. While they did not make me feel any worse than they did, they certainly were not beneficial. And besides, consuming medication you don’t need is definitely not good for your health. Stick to those designed for urinary track pain until you can see a doctor.

Urinary track infections are common as well as painful, and the first time you have one, you may not know that a UTI is what you have. This article will tell you some of the key telltale symptoms of a UTI.

The most significant urinary track infection symptom is a sharp pain before, during, and after urination. The pain is perhaps best described with the word "excruciating". In reality, it is a severe tingling, burning sensation. The urine coming out seems warmer than usual, and you may feel like that it’s cutting you as it leaves your body. This is a very crude description of what an actual case of UTI feels like, and its intensity varies on a case by case basis. The pain might temporarily ease up right after urination, but will come back soon after.

You feel the need to urinate every few minutes, but little or even no urine actually comes out. And you might feel that you haven’t expelled all the urine in the bladder. Sometimes the urgency is so great that you lose control of the bladder. In severe cases, your urine may contain blood. And the worst part is that even when you are not urinating, the pain does not go away. UTI’s are typically accompanied by other persistent symptoms, including lower abdomen pain and fever, not to mention the lingering pain in the urinary region.

These symptoms are enough to keep many patients permanently on the toilet. I practically lived in my bathroom on the day I first got a UTI and had no idea what I did to deserve it. Even sitting down or lying down to rest did not help. I was a freshman in college at the time, and missed school for two days. Those are the two longest days of my life. Many others report similar experiences.

You should see a health professional immediately if you think you might have a urinary track infection, because if it is left untreated, the infection can progress to your kidneys. Kidney infections are much more serious, can cause permanent damage, and even be fatal.

A urinary track infection is one of the most painful illnesses one can contract. It’s also a very common problem, especially in women. More than 50% of all women will experience a UTI some time in their lives. Not only that, most of them will suffer recurrences. This article will talk about why simply drinking lots of fluids can be an effective prevention method.

If your family history includes UTI’s, you may want to consider taking steps to help prevent possible infections. UTI’s are highly hereditary, so if your parents, grandparents, or other relatives are prone to them, chances are that you probably are as well. Even if you are male, who statistically are much more unlikely to contract UTI’s compared to women, you stand higher chance than other men to get a UTI if it runs in your family.

A simple but good way to prevent UTI’s is to drink lots of fluids, particularly water. Each time you urinate, some bacteria that happen to be dwelling in your urethra or bladder get flushed out. It’s not unusual for some bacteria to reach your urinary system, and most of the time they will cause no harm. Your immune system can manage their reproduction to a harmless level until they are expelled by urination. If you don’t drink lots of water, you won’t urinate as much and in turn let bacteria stay inside yourself too long.

However, drinking sufficient fluids does not a guarantee that you will not contract UTI’s. There is no surefire way to prevent them. Whether you get a UTI at a certain point in time or not depends on many factors. For example, perhaps your immune system is weaker than usual due to another illness you had recently recovered from. Or your diet may consist of many foods that can upset your urethra. In addition, some people are simply more prone to contracting UTI’s, and it’s not really known why.

That being said, anything that helps preventing UTI’s should not be overlooked, simply because the pain is quite serious in most cases. Drinking plenty of fluids does the job of slowing down and expelling bacteria. If bacteria get the chance to reach your bladder, they will begin to multiply at a speed us humans cannot comprehend. At that point, your immune system will no longer be able to suppress the bacteria’s reproduction, and treatment will be required.
